Game Design Academy LLC · Pixel Game Lab
The fastest way is right inside Pixel Game Lab:
If the account belongs to a child, the connected parent can delete it from their own Settings → Child Accounts → Delete data.
You don't have to delete your whole account to remove data. Inside Pixel Game Lab, open any library (characters, tiles, decorations, levels, concept art, or games), and tap the trash icon on an item to permanently delete that creation and the file behind it. Your account and everything else stay intact.
If you can't access the app, email us and we'll delete the account for you after verifying the request:
info@gamedesignacademy.com
Include the account's username (and, for a child account, the parent's name). We respond within a reasonable time and confirm when it's done.
Deletion is permanent and can't be undone, and there are no refunds for any remaining subscription time. If you shared art to the community that other users already downloaded, their copies stay in their libraries, but are no longer shown as made by you.
We may keep a minimal, non-personal record where the law requires (for example, basic billing/transaction records). We do not keep your creations or profile after deletion.
